While houses of worship and their facilities may not qualify as Commercial Real Estate Properties, the Winterization for Commercial Real Estate Properties: Essential Preparations for Building Operations post can be used by Faith-Based Organizations (FBO) to winterize their facilities. Yesterday’s Faith-Based Daily Awareness Post (DAP) highlighted other recommendations for winterizing FBO facilities.
As was mentioned in yesterday’s DAP, in addition to hostile attacks, FBOs should consider planning and preparing for “routine” hazards.
