World Watch List 2024 · Serving Persecuted Christians Worldwide (opendoors.org)
The World Watch List is Open Doors’ annual ranking of the 50 countries where Christians face the most extreme persecution.
The Open Doors website provides a profile of the fifty countries with information about different persecution levels.
According to Open Doors, 1 in 7 Christians are persecuted worldwide, 1 in 5 are persecuted in Africa, and 2 in 5 are persecuted in Asia.

Terrorists and violent extremists may attack with little or no warning, targeting tourist locations, transportation hubs, markets/shopping malls, and local government facilities. Violence can occur in Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza without warning.
