FBI Report: No Threat to Public Safety Related to UAS Sightings

The FBI’s Office of Private Sector (OPS) has published to highlight information on reported unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) sightings. Significantly, the report states that “the FBI has not identified any threat to public safety or evidence of malicious foreign actors associated with the sightings.”

Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM)

In light of recent incidents, the UK’s National Protective Security Authority (NPSA) is highlighting their Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) services. The full suite of advice and guidance on Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) available on the public website. This includes how to survey a site and how to select and holistically install appropriate temporary, socketed or permanent vehicle security barrier systems.
