FB-ISAO Welcomes New Board Member

The Faith-Based Information Sharing and Analysis Organization (FB-ISAO) is governed by a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is responsible for strategic direction and oversight of general business operations which includes fiscal oversight. The Board of Directors is made of volunteer members. Officers of the Board of Directors are President, Vice-President, and Treasurer / Secretary. Elections are held yearly, in September. On 23 September 2024, the Board of Directors met and voted on the appointment of Steve Bieber who will serve as the Treasurer and Secretary.

Boykin Jordan, who has served on the Board since 2022 has stepped down. Boykin served as Treasurer / Secretary and was instrumental in helping the organization meet its fiduciary and compliance goals and obligations. We are so grateful for Boykin’s many contributions during his term on the Board and though Boykin will no longer hold a Board position, he will remain a close friend and supporter of the FB-ISAO. Boykin will be missed!

Stepping into the Treasurer / Secretary position is Steven Bieber. Steven Bieber is an influential Program Director with more than 30 years of experience leading development and reform in water security, public policy, and environmental regulation. He is adept at fostering strategic partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and partnering leadership in support of strategic long-term planning.

Additionally, Steven has served as a subject matter expert guiding executive leadership and cabinet-level appointed officials to facilitate full transparency and cooperation for each project. He is a results-oriented executive known for delivering program success through exceptional team leadership, organization, and time management. Steve has been a stanch advocate of FB-ISAO’s mission and has collaborated with the organization on past initiatives. Welcome Steve!
